I love chocolate; rich, dark, sweet, yet slighly bitter. Yummy! Combine that with cherries and WOW those two just were MEANT to be together.
I LOVED the was this cake turned out. It was a spin off of black forest cake, and it was a huge hit! My colleagues LOVED it!
Garnishing with flowers and herbs from my garden also delights my senses, especially when I can spoil my guests by tea and cakes in my lovely garden on a summer’s morning. It’s almost like having my own cafe. . . dream on!
